I wonder if Warner would consider some kind of crowdfunded purchase of Cats Don't Dance. Maybe outright, if that wouldn't be prohibitively expensive, or for some limited number of sales.
It just feels unfair such an outstanding release should wind up all but forgotten by its owner, with not even an HD release available, let alone 4K.
(It was originally produced by Turner Feature Animation, but the the studio was bought by Warner just before release, meaning it saw lacklustre publicity, and no attention since)
