Is there a strategy or technique for coughing where your shoulder/neck muscles don’t hurt like a motherfucker?

This is day 4 of this cold and I feel like I’ve done 500 sets on a fucking cable pulley machine.

@noiob been taking that and it’s been helping but not stopping it completely. Tons of mucus/phlegm in my throat so coughing is inevitable.
