@noiob i hear those ones make a good tv console, you can use ps3 and/or 4 controllers
@onfy yeah but it kinda sucks for anything but PSX since it can't upscale PSP games (so they have a massive black border). There was a Sony TV with a setting to zoom in lol
also you don't get power unless you have the dock (which I paid more for than the console lol)
@noiob i thought 3000 can scale, go can't? you can't use it plugged into the ac adapter? what about homebrew?
@onfy I haven't actually tried the 3000 on a TV yet, but only the Go has Bluetooth
you can hack every PSP really easily, but the Go takes M2 cards instead of full-size memory sticks so you can't just chuck large SD cards in there and call it a day
@onfy I'm jealous, I only have and 8 GB (plus the 16 GB internal that's decent though)
you should absolutely grab one if you ever see one, it's lovely and with it being so easily hackable the missing UMD drive really isn't a problem. I paid 50€ for mine and I played it so much commuting home on weekends when I was in uni
@noiob story here is I wanted an upgrade over my original 1gb pro duo for homebrew use and that's all the store had. so it's been in my psp in an adapter
sadly I can only find go's on ebay for $200, and the local store I liked got shut down... turns out the owner is a criminal
@onfy there's "adapters" with ribbon cables because M2s and MemorySticks are pin compatible and there's some space under the back plate, but they're probably a pain to solder and back when I got it they were also always sold out so I never bothered
