@noiob Some of this config would have made sense back when those client devices weren't able to do anything except accessing your workspace on a remote server. But it grew unreliable and unsafe, already when I was starting to work at my workplace.
They're still dealing with some leftovers of technical debt from this period (it should be over soon, though.
@noiob My company, at some point in preparations for a big overhaul, had configuration, where you had to log-in via remote access, and then in order to have access to a specific program it was itself opened over an additional remote connection.
It was wild.
