@MiaWinter people say it sounds great. decent DACs aren't expensive since they're in everything

@MiaWinter seems like you need an app like extreamsd.com/index.php/produc to change the volume of the DAC (but it stores it so I assume you can just crank it once and then uninstall the app?)

@noiob having the DAC adjust the boost separately is certainly an expected and needed feature

if they would just go full power on my shure they would literally blow my ears out

@noiob I am just skeptical when the DACs I've been shown to be good, are starting at 50€

@MiaWinter I guess it'll be comparable to the DACs devices used to come with, they certainly didn't ship 50€ ones :D

@MiaWinter a side effect of the apple adapter is that it makes Mfi headphone's in-line remotes work on Android phones
