@clarfonthey maybe I'll try a new playthrough sometime with the patched in difficulty updates
@clarfonthey p sure I did play the easier mode (it was pre-dlc-update), I'm just bad at video games
@noiob yeah, I do recall them updating monk to actually be easier
before I think the main difference was a few easier spawns and lower food reqs
@noiob I would recommend turning on the built-in Rain World Remix mod; by default it adds in things like dynamic difficulty where it eases up as you die
you can also just play as Monk which also makes the game easier
