going to look up how to purr. i must find way to achieve proper purring. i want to stick my head under blankets or rest against friends and rumble happily and warmly. p.s. i am not a cat, meow
i feel like the closest thing that i can currently get to purring is like, just, humming, emitting a long wandering single note, to indicate contentedness. though it's hard to do it continuously.
possibly it's the closest i'll ever get
despite feeling better lately than i have in many years, i'm still too self-conscious even while alone to actually practice purring
