his style is doing things in a highly self-sustained way, but also does extremely lo-fi computing from second-hand tablet someone threw out taht he put termux on (which is how i met him in fact)
he likes to sit in irc because he managed to get like, 50MB of data per month, and it's a way to really just maximize the socialization you can do with such a low limit
