@cinnamon oh! if you don't want to roll your own, you can possibly host things with a tumblr blog or wordpress, since you can put those at custom domains (like maybe pix.ctrlaltdog.com or something) and are pretty drag and drop
or if you prefer inline, birdsite has embeddable timelines you can drag things to, which looks like this: https://archenoth.com/drawstuffs/ (the downside is that would involve using birdsite, and you get quality loss from the original)
