so i know there's sleepytime tea and stuff for when it's time to go to bed
but is there a tea for when you woke up at noon and goddammit it's not even 8am yet and it's not time to nod off but you're doing it anyway and want to go back to a normal level of awake? bonus points if it's caffeine free
