éclair = flash of lightning (how long it takes to eat one)
i got the mille-feuille etymology wrong - it means "a thousand sheets" but that still sounds pretty nice i guess!!!!!

@typhlosion mille-feuille because the pasta is fold enough times be a stack of a thousand layers (fold 10 times to get 1024 layers).
