It does sound like there might be a little bit of "missing missing reasons" there, e.g. Jane was flirting with Natalie at a level to make Drew hostile, but even if the emotional Stakes are leveled like that, someone came in to an existing project and went home with all the passwords and money, so fuck that guy. Jealous or not, turbo asshole move.
