whenever i see a two-word phrase that starts with two capital Fs, like Furry Fandom, my brain sometimes registers it as Final Fantasy at first and i don't know why
actually i think in this case it was because the word "tactics" was nearby and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance was one of my first video games. funny how brains work

@OchotonidKnight @noelle the snes is so good..... did you know it actually outstrips the genesis in most quantifiable hardware metrics (e.g. memory, color palette, sprites on screen)? genesis only beat it in processor speed iirc

@OchotonidKnight @noelle super mario world is so good... though i need to put more time into the SNES version; all i had was the GBA version that came with original Mario Bros and it carries the charm but it's so different in some ways
i actually have some SNES games, mostly hand-me-down, but the SNES i have no longer works and neither does the Retron 5 i got one christmas to be able to play them >:c i'm hoping to pick up a Retrofreak or something at magfest or later
