Hi everyone! If you like what we're doing and want to support our team, we're going to be starting up a Patreon soon.
The intention behind it is to help pay folks who contribute to the project- most money will be going to members of our team who need the $$$ and help develop the platform, and we'll also be using the money to commission official art.
The people who receive the money each month will vary, and will mostly go towards our mods.
We'll also be able to use this money for any consulting work that we need to do- especially speaking with more marginalized folks who can't contribute to the project because of time and money but whose voices really need to be heard.
Remember that we're perfectly able to stay afloat without your direct support- this is a means for us to help pay the people helping develop this platform who can really use the money.
In case it's not apparent, I won't be taking any of these funds personally unless I become unemployed.
I'm switching jobs in the next week and I'm not hurting for money so I'll be fine.
Part of the Patreon updates will include where the money is going each month so that you all will have full transparency on that.
