1. Explain your handle/screen name.
"Mawr" is the sound a tixagon makes! A tixagon is a not-a-word for the hybrid of a TIger, a vIXen, and a drAGON -- though these days I'm pretty much all dragon, with a liiiitle tiny bit of fox mixed in, and some shapes that harken back to the days of being a tiger vixen.
Dragons go "rawr!" vixens go "murr!" Moosh them together and you get "mawr!" And I go mawr a _lot._ Folks started calling me mawr which amused me, and so it stuck. :D

2. Who inspires you and why?
I find inspiration in a lot of folks! Frequently in my friends for their courage in facing the difficulties of life and the world in which we live.
I'm also deeply inspired by kindness, especially between strangers. Community is important to most people, but it's an essential lifeline for minorities like most of my friends and I. ♥️

Of course, yes. I feel that the opinions others have of me are my best way of determining how effectively I'm genuinely presenting myself to others-- and that is extremely important to me.

At all costs, avoid telling or spreading lies, except where it would spoil pleasant surprises (gifts, surprise parties, etc).
This has made for more than a few very difficult moments, but those moments rarely keep me up at night once they've passed.

When I was very little, I wanted to be a public school teacher like my mom. Mom talked me out of it. XD
Then I wanted to be a psychologist! I'm a street therapist now when I'm not working, so I guess I kinda met that goal in a roundabout sort of way.
