Fuck this hosting provider.7 hours no response on a high priority ticket. all thier NOC. He tells me he is locked out of all their ticketing stuff and to call help desk. Help desk refers to automated message to make a portal ticket. Had to use the emergency option.
Which gets me a real person who transfers me back to the NOC person with no access I originally spoke to.... so he could write everything down on paper to go move two critical servers and my maintenance window ended 10 minutes ago
