@else not a lot of people in central israel have lawns, but some election seasons do see signs hanging under living room windows and balconies

(except right now we're seeing the... fourth election in three years, i think? so there's barely any signs, except for posters in public spaces; guess we got sick of it by now)

but having lots of signs per lawn sounds like an american thing because you vote for like 500 things on the same ballot, whereas here you just vote for one party and that's it
