It's just...I smell so much vulnerability on these people. I smell prey that thinks "alpha status" would intimidate a tiger.
These people aren't scary. They remind me of me as an insecure 14-year-old fundie, desperately trying to keep an ideological house of cards together.
Except they're not 14. They think they're grown men, because they've been sold a concept of "growth" that favors height over depth. And all the places they're wrong about adulthood make them enticingly weak.

While setting these people on (rhetorical) fire is fun, what I'm really looking forward to is cultural provocation.
It was nice getting a reminder this morning that we don't really have to work hard to antagonize these people. As the reaction to that Bonobos ad proved, just reminding them we exist kinda wounds 'em.
