US Pol, SCOTUS, Massive doomsaying (- x50)
Ruth Bader Ginsburg has broken three ribs after a fall. At the age of 85, that does not bode well.
So I guess Trump gets three Justices, and we get no justice at all.
Time to contemplate suicide again. It'll be quicker than this agony.

@Phorm A little more reassurance: "Ginsburg has survived a series of health scares. She broke two ribs in a fall in 2012, has had two prior bouts with cancer and had a stent implanted to open a blocked artery in 2014. Despite the issues, Ginsburg has yet to miss a single day of oral arguments during her tenure, The Washington Post reported."
So yeah. She's a tough old lady, and this isn't even the first time she's pulled through one of these. <3

@Phorm I mean, staking the future of the country on the health of an 85-year-old woman who took a spill is not the most comforting of conditions. The worry is definitely valid. But it's definitely not over yet. *hug*

@zebratron2084 I suppose that, if we did have to pin our hope on such an individual, we got the best 85 year old barrel of hellfire to count on. I'm hoping for the best.
I'm also hoping she stays alive purely out of spite and hate, if nothing else.

The underlying cause of the fall is seriously troubling enough in it's own right. Let alone the potential fallout. Even a few additional years can make things much more dire.
