"Contract-to-Hire" = 🖕

A recruiter contacted me for a "contract-to-hire" position and I gave them this response:

>>Thanks for the opportunity, but if McGraw-Hill is looking for someone to invest their skills in them, they should consider hiring full time employees instead of bypassing worker protections with baiting terms like "contract-to-hire."<<

"Contract-to-hire" means you're hired as a contractor and have no rights or protections. It's a bait-and-switch. Fuck any company that does this.
