Perception as your dump stat plus the Obsessive-Compulsive disadvantage plus Bad Vision is a bad combination.
I just wasted thirty seconds trying to scrape the little crows off the Civ V intro screen, because that's how long it took to realize they weren't especially stubborn pieces of crud.
Sorry, little imaginary guys. I will build a statue in my capital in your honor... as soon as I can find some crow DLC. Lord knows there are sillier things in the Steam Workshop.
@chandra *snerk!*
That sounds exactly like something I would do, from the self-defeating cheapness to the insistence on something I had totally wrong. :)
In his defense, the TV had been adequate for games until then. The first two Halos were natively SD. Halo 3 was the first on the 360 and it was natively HD. You could still hook the 360 up to a SD TV, but...
@zebratron2084
When my friend got Halo 3, he did not have a HD TV. His TV wasn't even very good as SD TVs go. Even game text on the screen was illegible. Before I got there, he had spent about an hour trying to pick off a really difficult enemy in the distance.
I arrived, declared that I wasn't going to try playing split screen on that thing, and we went out so I could buy him a HD TV.
When we hooked it up, we discovered that said enemy was a flower.
