I think I've talked about this here before, but... you know that feeling where you're in a Red Alert state for days, and then the source of your anxiety is resolved, but your console gets stuck and you can't figure out how to get the alarm bells and flashing lights to shut down?
Yeah. Stepdad's stent went well and he's stable. Peg is diagnosed, medicated, and recuperating, all that's left is to sort out her insurance. I'm even caught back up on work.
Still can't settle myself down.

FFS I'm even less worried about the political climate today. I'm still absolutely livid about all the shamelessspin and outright lies coming from the GOP, but I also read some polling data today (Morning Consult) that implies Trump is NOT actually doing that great in the swing states after all, and we still have a small lead in impeachment polls.
I'm even feeling a bit of that... what's the opposite of terror, again?
Right, "hope". Yet I STILL can't lose the nervous twitch.
