I doubt that _many_ Trumpistes would worry that the Red Hat is the Mark of the Beast... but I'll bet we'd get a few.

The obvious first step is figuring out how to turn a four word slogan into three digits. This can either be a procedure that incidentally hits the value, or a digit-by-digit procedure. The latter is probably easier, but also a little more transparently contrived. I dunno.
I do see an entry point for the digit by digit version. The first word, “MAKE”, is obviously a keyword because it has the same number of letters as there are words in the phrase. That means each letter is “applied” to each word, in order - but it has to apply the “M” to itself, first. So the “real” value would be calculated from “AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” after whatever “applying” these other letters involves. Hm.
