greater seattle area grocery question (please boost)

Dear Fedivrse,

Where do I find uncommon apple cultivars around here? In order of what's been easiest to find in other parts of the country, I'm looking for Cortland, Arkansas black, and Ashmead's kernel cultivars. I'm also interested in trying other, unfamiliar heirloom apples.

Thanks!

@Verdigris It looks like Yakima Fruit Market is still open! (yakimafruitmarket.com/?fbclid=) I have no idea how they do for heirloom apples, but i always had good luck finding interesting produce up there. They might at least have someone on staff who can tell you where to go, might be worth a call!

I would also *highly* recommend hitting up the farmer's market in U District/Fremont/Ballard if it's still running and chatting up some of the sellers there. They were always *really* happy to talk shop with me and seem very likely to know where to go.

@zebratron2084 @Verdigris

Seconded, those sound like good places to start.
