If that is a real game, I never saw it back in the arcades... but the laser-disc games I DO remember make me think this was a real one...

Look, it was real. The machine was right next to Satan's Hollow II, and Dig Dug: Mariana Trench.
You know, the same row of machines that had the import copy of "Happy Light Blitz: Forget Edition!"
