Having a Real Bad Time trying to hold still tonight. If I focus on holding my hands still, I grind my tongue against the roof of my mouth. If I focus on holding my tongue still, I hold my breath. If I focus on breathing, my hands go nuts. Rrgh. But basically all but the tic should go away over time, now that I'm off the atypicals, so I guess just wait?
