I feel like I am failing at work, which since I'm now a temp-to-hire, is a not-so-good thing.

I keep using the wrong tools (left-handed tap drills instead of righties because the notation on them is worn off from hard spin-grinding in the holder too many times, or it's put back in the wrong place), making chatter on parts (because I can't stop the vibrations on a 5-inch bar extrusion while using a boring bar that needs to stick out 5 inches as well), or missing a dimension on the part that isn't actually on the print... or just not knowing enough of what I'm doing, and I'm really wary of the last one.

I'm trying to make decisions, and they keep being the wrong ones, and I don't like getting this aggravated over work, but I'm here, and I'm not handling it well.
