Poem: Run fox, Run (part 1)
Run fox, run
Through the midday sun
To escape that wild hunt
How humans spread
Fills you with dread
To escape will be a stunt
Not run but hide
If the sun abides
And gives way to moonlight
Just find a place
That they cannot trace
And hide within plain sight
A mother's womb
Once a tomb
Teems with life once more
A foxy gift
A form of shift
Your own life she will store
Poem: Run fox, Run (part 2 of 2)
Born again new
A human too
And freedom from the chase
A different trap
To create this gap
Your form you must embrace
Run fox, run
Through the midday sun
You'll flee the hunt no more
But now you long
For that moonlight song
For the past you can't ignore
