I cannot apply this to everything in Life but .... like it or not ... thoughtful silence is my survival.
For that matter. thoughtful silence keeps my words from adding to a big noise. Sometimes I get answers in the timeline that I would normally be opening up to others in.
Maybe the misanthropy makes sense when I really think about that.
Doesn't happen often these days, but I really wish I lived in the Bay Area again. Wont have a car for an indefinite amt of time. Miss the non-fuss of public transit.

As i look towards December, I worry my job wont make it through the winter. Cascading list of bad planning is gonna catch up to us.

@Ironraptor I relate to this so much. Not just the birdsite. no shortage of websites to get the news.... and its all bad.
I do feel that I have made alot of sacrifices of passion and been in survival mode. Survival mode is the most familiar mode for my upbringing so I have adjusted to it waay too easily. Definitely has played a role in feelings of depression. Been fatalist in how I view the climate cha--
