i'm super afraid of my phone dying at some point because one of the most important features IMO is the fact that i can listen to radio using the wires of wired headphones as an antenna and i'm pretty sure no modern phone does that anymore
i think anyone should be able to experience the whimsy of plugging in a pair of headphones into their phone, listen to a local radio that doesn't have internet streaming, and move around and see how interferences affect the signal
right now i'm listening to the local campus' radio and if i raise my hand above my head the signal gets disrupted so much that i can't hear anything
Update from the future: I did! 32GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD + 2 1TB SATA SSDs, with a flaming new IPS, FHD display and a Wi-Fi 7 (!) card.
I'm gifting this to a friend and shipping it half a continent away. Soon™.
Gamers Nexus continue their detailed investigation into EK, more employees are going on-record and they sent info to OSHA as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8A7cykj0pCg
🦊 out of curiosity I tried the 32bit version of SAI 2 in wine and, pressure sensitivity *and* no errors after 5% ram usage, but the tradeoff is that I did some scribbles to test and very quickly reached a nice 69% ram usage, so this isn't exactly a solution lmao
