My day (---)

-Wake up for the first time post-con return, sleepy. It was warm last night, didn't sleep well.
-Forget my prox card so I can't do things like get food or pee without getting help to get back in the building.
-Get called at 12 from mom, quote "I think I'm having a stroke"
-Beat her to the ER, she's acting...weird and a bit weak, but hasn't eaten all day and didn't get up til 5 yesterday, and has a UTI so that might be it. She gets discharged 5 hours later over her objections.

My day (---)

-During this I've realized, and Soreth has confirmed, that she's locked out and doesn't have access to her meds. Bonus! (dragons are very very helpful, got her food later)
-Ask for a work note, get looked at like I have two heads.
-She's discharged, work to get her back in the apartment. 30 minutes later the emergency people finally let her in.
-Leave the apartment to get her meds. Get screamed at until the light changes by an asshole who was trying to pick fights with EVERYTHING.

My day (---)

-Including passing cars, mind you.
-Get to pharmacy, they argue with me over another med, repeatedly. Insurance hasn't come through on a DIFFERENT med she's out of, so that's another $150.
-I break down crying here.
Then they hide her antibiotic in the bag with her painkillers (it's always one med per bag) so I have to go back.
-Get my first food of the day.
-Return to her apartment, find her asleep. She wakes up enough to be highly annoying.
-Come home, try to relax, windows update
