Work, Smoke (--)
Chemistry labs very quickly push air out of the lab through special fume hoods, in order to minimize exposure of the chemist to harmful fumes and particulates. The consequence of this is that the labs also must dump air from outsid INTO the labs, to make up the pressure difference.
This is less than ideal when the air outside is smokey and awful. My eyes have been watering and it feels like I've been sucking down a campfire all day.
This isn't even the FUN smoke. Uck.
