you'll need proof of legal acquisition, approval from FWS via an export permit, and go through an airport with a FWS office. Import into the EU probably also requires an import permit.
Actual shipping is will be pricey and a little risky. Airlines do handle live animals but they kill them a small but still distressing amount of the time.
@Doephin he's a common boa/BCI so yeah iirc he needs the CITES permit? and then actual shipping is where I got stuck the last time (admittedly a few years ago) -- a lot of airlines handle live animals but we couldnt find ones that would accept snakes.
