Making Concessions
It is not enough just to sell and leave where we are, of course: that is solely in service to moving somewhere sustainable on our shared income. And that is proving trying. TheMate works inside the boundaries of Toronto: finding a place to rent within 'commuting distance' requires a very broad concept of such distance. I've encouraged TheMate to think outside the box.

Moving out to a Concession alottment in Guelph would afford us a small home on a tiny space of property.

If we go out far enough, it begins to make more sense financially for TheMate to retire early, possibly. Or change to part-time different work closer to the new place. Lots of variables.
