@Draekos here's the section in my personal manual about this, since it gets to me real bad, too:
Asynchronous interaction
Sariya requires asynchronous communication by default. This means that ve should not be expected to return a reply in any bounded time-frame. Expectations of ver being around, and especially sad messages about ver not replying, will tend to set off major anxiety. Ve does not mean to slight you by not being around, ve is simply busy and extremely ADHD. Synchronous communication, where ve is actively responding to you and continually present, is only available as a feature in pre-arranged time-boxed periods. Please tell ver in advance if you would like to do this.

@Draekos @tastymochafox I don't think there's anything wrong with self-diagnosis, for what it's worth. And I mean you kind of have to self-diagnose at first because people don't, generally, try to get a professional diagnosis unless they already suspect it
