Hmm, no pressure but I mutual some people in that scene here: anyone have a contact for the romhacking.net staff?

The Der Langrisser patch update I submitted is in a state that clearly represents...

a.) They're discussing what I've asked for and are at an empasse

b.) They plan to leave the submission dying in the submission queue forever

and in either case a quick realtime talk would clarify my position and if I should move on to other means of preservation of the work.

I tried the contact form. Nada. :P
I suppose the best option is just posting on their forum but I was hoping to avoid The RHDN Public chiming in because I know what they're gonna say and I'm not interested >_>
Seriously though, I went in expecting some pretty ... forceful ... responses to what I did, but this was not in my list of expectations at all and maybe it should have been.

@trysdyn I gotta know, what sort of responses? (My head's already full of guesses.)

@ElectricKeet Considering the main crux of this is posthumously creating a patch to remove a homophobic slur from a game, based on a script edit the translator made but didn't commit to a new submission before passing away...

Some accusations of being an SJW and the offensive terms and implications that follow from that. More expressive members of that community looking vee up to tell vee what they think about vee, etc etc etc.
