Cannabinoids, collectivism.
When I get stoned, my anxieties melt away. The censors and guards are asleep, leaving open the border between What Is and What Could Be. I can slip past cynicism and see the future.
This future doesn't have room or patience for the primitive, transitional ways we do things now. No sentient being's time is worth less than any other's. We stop struggling because we really can live lives of passion and leisure, because there really is plenty for all – and I mean _all._
Cannabinoids, collectivism.
Getting there will be difficult because we have to overcome the momentum of so much accreted ugliness and fear. Political, social, and economic systems that "worked just fine before" aren't solutions – they are stages of evolution.
I know this can't be an instant revolution. I know that it'll take more than my lifetime for us to sort any of this out all the way. But we could skip a lot of the suffering if we destigmatised the adjustment of one's own neurotransmitters.
Cannabinoids, collectivism.
To wit:
Cannabis helps me be positive, hopeful, compassionate, and forward-thinking. I will never again live in a place where that's considered dangerous and illegal.
