@Ampersand This is why there's a vital difference between a _grandfaloon_ and a _karass._ The former is a group of tendrils grouped merely by having been relatively nearby each other in four dimensions. The latter are grouped in ways we don't understand, but are somewhere closer to whatever sort of "core" there might be to this writhing mass of "consciousness."
