Yknow what? After a small discussion with a certain person, I just wish that people realized that by creating these spaces telling people that they never have to improve in any way ever and that they deserve something for being oppressed is just contributing to the oppression against these people, stating that they weren't and aren't good enough to accomplish things on their own even if it isn't in a traditional definition of success or accomplishment

Improving is not about smiling. Its about overcoming what you can. Improve what you can change, and accept what you cant change

If you dont have any energy, do a small thing. Next day, do a smaller, yet a bit bigger thing. Widen your horizonts. No matter at what point someone is, its good as long as they are improving and trying

Riding a bike and swimming is a different case - I never specified it has to be right at this instant. Do it in the future - weeks, months, years? - if it bothers you. Unresolved problems will haunt you for a long time. Dont give up!
