@azushark oh ,I took the "oh..." to be a disappointed one like, it's the most powerful weapon but it has crap armor penetration so it's kind of useless, or something like that
where instead it seems to have been more disappointed in poor balance
@Felthry the only real balance is the fact it uses 1/3 of your energy per shot and it's one of two weapons you can hit yourself with (aside from grenades)
@Felthry it's the highest in the game
