just placed a maintenance request with our apartment and uh. Apparently I placed this in the future?

okay and then we got four emails in rapid succession that say, in order,
-"Hello, Status of following WO has been changed" (followed by the work order number and some minor details)
-a completely blank email with no subject
-"Work order has been placed on hold" in the subject line, with body text "Hello," and nothing else
-"Hello, a maintenance member will contact you shortly"

I think something is wrong with the ticketing system
