Parmigiano-reggiano is supposedly the Best Cheese with pecorino romano being a Pale Imitation but after trying authentic versions of both I think we prefer pecorino romano
it could just be the novelty of trying a cheese made from sheep's milk though (because proper pecorino romano cheese is, that's what pecorino means, it's just italian for sheep or something)
