I keep wanting to talk about how apple cider is good and stuff but now that we know that outside the US, "apple cider" means an alcoholic drink, i'm a lot less comfortable doing so because we don't drink alcohol and never want to and don't want people thinking we are
I'm kinda bummed, ever since my surgery back in '11 I can't really drink apple juices. Tear up my, er, medical appliances something fierce. Degrades the adhesive, it's, weird.
That said, fresh apples are fuckin amazing
(it is currently apple season and so the grocery stores have lots of (non-alcoholic) apple cider in stock and it is very good, we got a gallon of it last time we went to the store)
