the single red snifit in mario 2, the single green rupee (in a chest) in quite a lot of zelda games, that kind of thing

@BatElite if you're curious, I know for a fact that A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, and Wind Waker each have a single instance of a green rupee in a chest (ignoring the randomized "chest games" in ALttP and OoT), and I'm pretty sure Twilight Princess does too but that could be wrong. I don't know about any of the others; I strongly suspect the GB/GBC games do *not* and I doubt BotW does but I don't have proof of that

@Felthry Doesn't Link's Awakening have several unique enemies? At least the GB(A) ones, I don't know if the switch one does too.

@BatElite I was just talking about the single green rupee

LADX, the GBC remake, does have a few unique enemies but they play a role in a sidequest (namely the sidequest of "kill all golden enemies")
