What if it turned out that astrology was actually 100% true and predictive but it actually only works if you look at things from the perspective of venus

I feel like this has strong potential for a plot to a sci-fi/fantasy thing

the book starts with the realization that astrology works on venus and then goes on to *why* does it work there, using equations worked out by people millennia ago who were definitely on earth at the time... right?

it's not the most fascinating plot out there but it's about on par with some of the cheap paperbacks we've found in the library's used bookshop

then again, i bet an author like arthur c clarke could have done something fascinating with it

it has that kind of... mid-20th-century-sci-fi feeling to it

@Felthry it does sound like one of his more *offbeat* short stories that he wrote more for the concept, like What Goes Up
