for european people who don't realize just what across the country means here, imagine moving from Madrid to Kiev, or Lisbon to Bucharest, or Edinburgh to Helsinki, or Athens to Moscow
these are all approximately the same distance as the one we're about to move

@socks No, it's nowhere near as big of a cultural difference. Just trying to give an idea of scale since we've seen that people tend to envision "across the country" as "a three-hour drive" sometimes
