They're self-mating, which is real convenient because you don't have to buy two different types of connector (cutaway view: https://qrznow.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/powerpole_cutaway.gif )

radsok, lgh, and han are names of other heavy-duty connectors, from amphenol, TE, and HARWIN respectively. radsok is pretty neat but we've never used the other ones
