@VoxSomniator yes, 1oz copper is the standard for outer layers and 0.5 oz for inner layers (also called Hoz or hoz for half-ounce) but 2oz is common for higher-current boards and you can do thicker too, pcbway (a pcb manufacturer we use a lot) can do up to 13 ounce copper

one ounce of copper is equivalent to 1.37 mils (0.00137 inches), or 34.7 microns.

oh yeah fun fact, in electronics hardware you also often see the unit μ" (microinch) used for gold plating thicknesses
