Which would you consider your favorite cuisine out of the ones here? (i only get so many choices so i'm having to combine some, I know there are big differences between regional variants of all of these but i only get ten options to put here!) (I'm trying not to be unfair to any particular cuisine)

@Felthry gods, for us it's a three way tie between authentic sichuan, indian, and ethiopian cuisine, though we're not sure where the latter would fit into this at all

maybe should have put american chinese in with authentic chinese under a general "chinese" label and added african
could *maybe* lump Italian in with Mediterranean (that would probably make a lot of people mad) and add pacific islands too, which would include everything from indonesia out through hawaii
