Kingdom Hearts LPers really be like 'i'm not gonna engage with the systems this game gives me' and then complain about it huh
@fluxom_alt that's most LPers I've noticed.
It's so hard to find good ones in the crowds of people ignoring what developers clearly put a lot of effort into telling the player and then being mad at the game for not doing that
@Draekos @fluxom_alt one of the things that annoys us the most is when games do the thing a lot of modern ones do of putting hints and stuff on the loading screens, and the person just *completely* ignores the hints altogether
this seems particularly common with streamers, who i guess use the loading time as "look at chat time"?

@Draekos @fluxom_alt but also like, mashing through every bit of tutorial text and then not realizing you can do a basic thing for hours
is this how most people play games??? or is this just a thing people who play games for others to watch do??

@Felthry @fluxom_alt I dunno... As someone who takes the quality of a tutorial very serious as a design element, it's weirdly insulting with how little people want to give a game time to explain itself
